Fontfroide Abbey, nestled in the heart of the Corbières, has been cultivating vines since the 12th century. Over the centuries, the vineyards have been shaped by the work of the lay brothers. After the departure of the last Cistercian monks, the owner family continues the winegrowing tradition with passion. The Caveau team and its manager, professional sommelier Philippe BADOUAILLE, will guide you through the old cellar to discover our range of HVE3 and TERRA VITIS-certified wines, revealing today the signature of a Terroir where "Fruit, Finesse and Freshness" are expressed.
