Just 4 km from Narbonne, a Roman city with a rich heritage, the guesthouse enjoys an ideal location between the Mediterranean Sea, the Canal du Midi, and the Aude vineyards. The surrounding countryside unfolds with landscapes typical of the South: fragrant garrigue, slender cypress trees, and vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see.
From the estate, there are many attractions to explore, all within easy reach. The Mediterranean beaches are just 17 km away, perfect for a seaside getaway. The Canal du Midi invites you to take a stroll, by bike or on foot, under the plane trees.

Housed in a carefully restored former winemaker’s home, La Vigneraie offers:
_An entrance into the air-conditioned living room with a TV,
_A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, standard coffee maker + Senseo)
Upstairs, via a spiral staircase:
_An air-conditioned hallway leading to the entire upper floor,
_A bedroom with a 160 cm bed,
_A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed,
_A bathroom with a shower stall and sink,
_A separate toilet,
The living room opens onto a private terrace equipped with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a traditional barbecue, overlooking a fenced-in, shaded and flowered, shared with a second adjoining cottage. Further away on the estate are another cottage and the owners’ residence, ensuring a lively atmosphere while preserving everyone’s privacy.
A shed with several parking spaces is available for vehicles, 20 meters from the cottage.
