The castle of Rosenberg dates from the XIth century and is in the form of a fortified keep under the possession of Marmoutier. In the XIXth century, it was transformed into a rural habitat. The building was acquired by the Müllenheim Rosenbourg family around 1440. The building loses its vocation of defense in the XVIIth century and the building is gradually transformed
