LA NORIA

Set in the heart of an active family-run vineyard, shared with two other guesthouses and the owners’ home, the property ensures privacy for all while offering an authentic immersion in the life of the estate. The site, listed as a Historic Monument at the foot of the Oppidum, has also yielded archaeological remains during excavations, attesting to ancient, discreeta testament to a region inhabited for centuries.

Ideally located near Narbonne-la-Romaine, La Noria enjoys a privileged location between the Mediterranean coast and the Aude hinterland. From the guesthouse, it’s easy to reach the fine sandy beaches in about twenty minutes, to stroll, go for bike rides, along the Canal du Midi, or set out to explore Narbonne and its rich Roman and medieval heritage, its bustling market halls, and its southern charm.

A little further afield, the majestic city of Carcassonne, the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, and the region’s wild landscapes of gorges and chasms offer superb getaways. Between unspoiled nature, charming villages, Cathar sites, renowned vineyards, and Southern French cuisine, every day offers a new experience blending culture, relaxation, and the Occitan way of life.

Designed to combine comfort and authenticity in a warm and refined atmosphere, the air-conditioned cottage offers:
