Just 4 km from the center of Narbonne, a Roman city with a remarkable heritage, the cottage enjoys a privileged location between the Mediterranean Sea, the Canal du Midi, and the vineyards of the Aude region. Here, the countryside stretches out gently, dotted with cypress trees, garrigue, and vineyard landscapes.
From the estate, there are plenty of options for day trips: the beaches are just 17 km away, the Canal du Midi is perfect for bike rides or walks, and there is no shortage of iconic sites. Narbonne and its gourmet markets, the Museum of Romanity, the city of Carcassonne 45 km away, the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, the Cathar castles, the Cabrespine caves, and the Sigean African wildlife reserve all make up a rich and vibrant region.
