At Vinaigrerie Cyril Codina, craftsmanship reinvents itself with unique vinegars and daring techniques.
Discover over fifty varieties of vinegars, balsamics and 100% Corbières wines.
A guided tour by a team of enthusiasts will enable you to learn more about the history and manufacturing secrets of these atypical products. You'll have access to the barrels in which they age some of their wine and balsamic vinegars, sometimes for more than 10 years. You can admire the coming year?s production of "contactless" flavored vinegars in over a hundred bottles displayed on the walls overlooking the Cour des Saveurs. Discover new production methods, such as a late harvest vinegar, harvested in two different years.
The team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about production and flavouring techniques.
A tasting of a dozen vinegars and balsamics will be offered: from Timut pepper vinegar to nougat balsamic and raspberry balsamic pearls, your taste buds will be begging for more!
You'll find all our products in the boutique in La Cour des Saveur, as well as in the second boutique on Boulevard de la Promenade in Lagrasse.
