LE BISTROT LITTÉRAIRE

The literary café, labelled "Café de Pays" is located in the medieval abbey of Lagrasse, in the premises of the Maison du Banquet et des générations. It opens onto a large terrace that extends into the wooded park, bordered by the river Orbieu. From there, there are magnificent views over the medieval village of Lagrasse and the surrounding hills with their varied vegetation (cypresses, holm oaks, pines, garrigues...)
The Café offers hot and cold drinks all year round: home-made fruit juices, syrups, coffee, tea, locally produced wines and toast.
Because of its proximity to the Librairie Le Nom de l'Homme, it is said here that the taste of wine mingles with the taste of words!
