Ferme de Trespécoul

The Farm of Trespecoul raises 30 dairy cows on 40 ha of meadow in Organic Agriculture. The cows graze at least 6 months of the year. Since 2003, we transform part of the production into yoghurt, cottage cheese. This activity has led us to create employment on the farm.
The farm is located in the heart of the Bourianne in the small valley of Peyrilles. The cows color the valley's plots in black and white from March to November. The grass plots are surrounded by wooden hillsides.
