Located in the hamlet of Ceps, in the commune of Roquebrun, this gîte welcomes you to an unspoilt setting in the Haute Vallée de l'Orb, at the heart of the Languedoc AOC region. Vieussan is just a few minutes away, with its authentic character and privileged access to outdoor activities. The wider region also invites you to discover Roquebrun, nicknamed the Mediterranean village of the Hérault, its banks of the Orb and its renowned Mediterranean garden. Heritage and hiking enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of the Orb gorges and the many signposted footpaths that criss-cross the region.
This renovated house has been designed for a comfortable and relaxing family stay.
On the first floor, you'll enjoy a convivial living area featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped with oven, hob, fridge and microwave, making it easy to prepare your meals. A French press coffee maker completes the equipment. The living room, furnished with two sofas and a TV, invites you to relax after a day of exploring. The living room opens directly onto a large terrace, offering an unobstructed view of the surrounding hillside.
Bedroom 1 on the first floor: bed 140x190, surface area 14.5 m2, with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet)
Bedroom 2 half-floor: two 80cm beds (160x190 or separable), 10.5 m2, with en-suite shower room (shower, basin and wc).
Outside, the shaded terrace is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.
It's the perfect place to share a meal or enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside.
Two reserved parking spaces are available on the property.
