The gîte is attached to the owners' discreet home. Designed for couples or families, it offers bright, functional spaces in a resolutely modern, soothing atmosphere.
On the first floor, the air-conditioned living area features a fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, airfryer, fridge, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. The dining area is perfect for sharing meals with friends and family.
The living room has a sofa bed (140x190) for two extra beds (on request), a coffee table and a TV.
A bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine completes this level.
Upstairs (open mezzanine) is the 15m2 sleeping area with a 160 x 200 double bed.
Outside, you'll enjoy a shaded area, furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha, ideal for summer meals.
A covered Jacuzzi invites you to relax all year round.
Private parking is available on site, within the enclosed grounds of the property.
