[Théâtre] Paradoxe

He says himself that he “has a face that doesn’t allow for long silences.”

With his long beard, imposing presence, gentle gaze, and sharp wit, Umut Kökker stands out in the stand-up comedy scene. With *Paradoxe*, his first show, he weaves together intimate revelations and lucid observations on the world: his Turkish and Kurdish origins, his childhood in a suburban high-rise, his rise to a skyscraper in La Défense, his single life, and everyday racism.

Hilarious and poignant, his humor advocates for one thing: learning to look beyond appearances.
