Le Taillevent

Since 1950, Le Taillevent has been located in a former private mansion near the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. With one of the most beautiful cellars in Paris, the place perfectly combines the art of oenology and high gastronomy. The dishes evolve with the seasons. In the dining room, the maitre d'hotel perpetuates the art of cutting with a pedestal table or flambéing. On the first floor, superb lounges await seminars, business dinners or private tastings.
