Lavoir de Vignot

Built in the 19th century on the Place Charles de Gaulle, this magnificent building all in dressed stone sits in a prominent place in the centre of the village. This wash house is very luminous thanks to the series of glass windows that decorate its main facade. Composed of an inner and an outer basin on the facade, fed by a fountain with a cherub with truncated limbs, this wash-house was the essential place of life for the villagers in the last century.
