On the first floor, you'll find a large living room, a kitchen opening onto the dining room and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a fully enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet, as well as a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy a meal al fresco or a glass of champagne at sunset.
Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom or shower room and WC, guarantee comfort and privacy for all guests. Noble materials and antique touches blend harmoniously with modern amenities, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.
