Le Shed - Microbrasserie Senses Brewing

Senses Brewing is an independent, family-run, artisanal microbrewery, close to the centre of Reims. The concept was founded by two brothers, Dominique and Yves Leboeuf, one an oenologist, the other a brewer, to dust off the brewing tradition in the Marne region and to restore the malted and hopped craft in Reims. "Senses Brewing" is literally the brewing of the senses.

The duo also offers brewing workshops, gourmet brunches, tasting masterclasses or a 3D virtual tour with video capsules to explain the brewing process of craft beer.
