imagOri

Let’s imagine a pristine white setting, like a sheet of paper.
Paper, to be exact. Because this surreal world is made entirely of it: the ground, the trees, the animals, the snow… A blend of soft and dark lights adds a touch of strangeness to the whole scene.

From this folded-paper setting emerges a boy born of a strange chimera: the dream has taken his hand to fold reality. Arvo Pärt’s music gives substance to this shifting universe where the audience can let their imagination run wild. An ethereal vocal presence completes the picture, revealing the invisible and stirring our souls.
Origami becomes imagOri—a universe unfolds within it...

Paper as a refuge, a playground for our deepest—and most unsettling—dreams… and we let ourselves be absorbed into the midst of these dreams, where childhood still lingers.

With this show, suitable for young and old alike, the Chriki?Z company—driven by the phantasmagorical vision of Amine Boussa and Jeanne Azoulay—invites us to a rare moment where, using nothing but simple sheets of paper, an entire realm from another world is revealed.

Plus, we’re offering an introductory dance workshop on Saturday, December 12 (10 a.m.–12 p.m., ages 4 and up, 5 €)!
