This beautiful trompe l'oeil is the work of Christian Geiger. It presents characters in surprising positions! A man is balancing on the ledge with his umbrella (which seems rather narrow) he was looking at the clock fixed in the center of the circle which has now disappeared. The woman sitting on the cornice on the floor below with her feet in the air does not seem to suffer from vertigo.
