Don't be shy! Let yourself go, as this menu is conducive to gourmet pleasures. In the bustling heart of Brittany's capital, you'll want to sink your teeth into the buckwheat mille-feuilles with citrus sea bream tartar, or the crab parmentier with cayenne pepper and lobster bisque! In this bistro atmosphere, the canaille plates are never far away with a rosette of Guéméné andouille and potato, ravigote with cider vinegar and with this pot of fresh duck foie gras before attacking the braised pork cheek with Breton beer, mashed potato... It's clear that this Reserve (reserve of what, by the way, the neighboring Banque de France?) marries equally well products from the sea and the land, provided they come from good small producers.
