In a former winegrower's house in the heart of the famous Puligny-Montrachet vineyards, Le Patio offers 3 beautiful apartments entirely renovated with top-of-the-range materials. Gîte 1 is located on the 1st floor and features an open-plan living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed. Bathroom with large shower. Separate WC. First floor: shared entrance and laundry room with the other 2 gîtes. Can be rented together for 10 people. Reversible air-conditioning.
External charging point available for electric cars (extra charge according to consumption). Free public parking a stone's throw from the gîte. Closed bicycle garage with power socket. Arrival between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m., maximum departure 10:00 a.m. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, heating and electricity included in the price. Nearby: numerous wine-tasting cellars and restaurants in the commune. La Voie des Vignes cycle route, from Beaune to Santenay. Lovely walks through the vineyards. Just a few kilometers away, Beaune, the wine capital, is internationally renowned for its famous Hospices, which are also listed by UNESCO. Events all year round: film festivals, baroque music, gardens... Also worth a visit on the Route des Grands Crus are other renowned wine villages such as Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet...
