LES CELLIERS D'ONAIRAC / CAVE COOPERATIVE

Our amphitheater-shaped vineyard extends over 1500 hectares and descends in terraces from the hills to surround the village of Olonzac. Its great variety of soils allows the production of a variety of appellation wines such as AOC Minervois, Vins de Pays d'Oc and Côtes du Brian (of which we are the first producers), as well as an excellent late harvest. We have the most modern technologies to vinify and mature typical wines where the Mediterranean character and the expression of the grape varieties complement each other. A warm and welcoming place where you can taste a range of wines with complex aromas and flavors.
