Discover the cultural and heritage treasures of downtown Montpellier: wander through the medieval streets of the historic center, stroll along the famous Place de la Comédie, discover the Arc de Triomphe and the Promenade du Peyrou for a breathtaking view of the city, admire the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre and the Eglise Saint-Roch? Not far from Montpellier, you can also take advantage of the seaside, with its charming towns and ports, and the beaches of the Mediterranean, for a lazy afternoon on the sand or water sports sessions in the waves (paddle, kite-surf?).

The gîte comprises :
- A large living room with a comfortable lounge area, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all you need for your stay;
- Laundry room with washing machine, fridge and freezer;
- Upstairs, a lovely relaxation area with sofa and bookcase, plus three bedrooms with two 160x200cm beds and a 140x190cm double bed, including a "master" bedroom with private shower room with shower, bath, WC and mirrored washbasin;
- A second bathroom with shower and WC;
- On the second floor, a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed in an alcove;
- Outside, a pleasant garden with swimming pool (5x6m with a depth of 1.15 to 1.75m), trampoline and terrace with garden furniture, ideal for spending pleasant moments under the sun in Montpellier!
