Anchored in the Causses, the Plateau du Grézac is made up of Jurassic limestone and dolomite. Since the Quaternary, 1.8 million years ago, water has eroded these rocks to form the aerial landscapes of today?s Grézac Plateau, with its dolomitic ledges on the heights.
