"Asado", a brazier restaurant, takes its name from the grills and brazier ovens that are the heart of the restaurant at Château Capitoul
Offering a cuisine with Mediterranean flavors, the restaurant's terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view where the spectacle of nature sublimates the long summer evenings.

Our restaurant has a 100% organic vegetable garden that produces fruits and vegetables, condiments, aromatic plants and edible flowers that are used directly for the restaurant and the bar. For our garden, we use ancestral seeds and techniques derived from permaculture.
