The Association des AOPs (Appellation d'Origine Protégée) du Pays-Basque brings together the following 4 sectors: Ossau-Iraty cheese, Espelette chilli pepper, Kintoa pork and Irouléguy wines. It enables them to be promoted collectively and optimizes the synergy between the various players.
