À propos
Founded in 1962 by the BACH family, this family-run business, with its roots in the Brivois region, has been perpetuating traditional craftsmanship for three generations. Taken over by their daughter in 1994, then by their granddaughters, it embodies the passion and excellence handed down over the years.
Present at the Brive market since 1969, these artisan butchers, charcutiers and cured meats makers offer quality products from carefully preserved family recipes, such as the famous chestnut boudin, which won the company a gold medal at the Mortagne-au-Perche competition in 2018.
In addition to their market stalls, the company has two store trucks to serve the surrounding markets. They offer a selection of pork, veal, beef and lamb meats, all from local farms, guaranteeing impeccable traceability and quality.
