Facing the LARRONVILLE marshes, in a quiet, unspoilt setting, gîte (32 m²) located next to the owners' house with separate entrance. First floor: kitchenette opening onto living room (fridge/freezer, 6 place dishwasher). Small shower room with WC. Upstairs, bedroom (1 bed 160x200). Shared washing machine in a room next to the gîte. Private terrace with barbecue and deckchairs. Communal enclosed garden (500 m²), shed for 2 bicycles. Bed made up on arrival. 2nd gîte at the same address. PARKING Only one vehicle per rental is allowed in the property's courtyard. Other vehicles and guests' cars must park outside on the street in front of the property, without obstructing vehicle exits. 4 recharging points for electric vehicles in the village 1.5 km away. Rental only from Sunday to Sunday.
