Ground floor: small open-plan kitchen (fridge/freezer), living room with sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room with WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90), shower room. Oil-fired central heating included (except in summer), compulsory cleaning charge of 50 ? to be paid on arrival. Additional options (sheet hire, etc.) to be paid on site. Enclosed garden (80 m²). Access to a large shared wooded area (no pets allowed). 1st category river fishing nearby and large lake 4 km away: all white fish and pike. TV. Dogs accepted with a supplement of 7€/day/pet and a deposit of 180€/pet. Cat not accepted. Electric vehicle charging station 8 km down the road. Nearby cycle paths: including one linking Fort-Mahon and one linking the Pas-de-Calais.
