Push open the door of Confiserie Des Hautes Vosges in Plainfaing, in the heart of the Vosges mountains, and enter the world of the famous CDHV Vosges sweets!
This year, the Confiserie celebrates its 40th anniversary: 1986?2026!
The candies are made as they were in the past, with sugar cooked over an open fire in copper cauldrons, using local raw materials, essential oils and natural flavors (Vosges fir, eucalyptus, bergamot, etc.).
From the outset, the Confiserie has invited you to discover its manufacturing secrets through guided tours of its workshops, complete with tastings.
Tours are available Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 11:30am and 2pm to 5:30pm, as well as all day on Saturdays and during school vacations.
In 2024, more than 300,000 visitors came to discover our family-run business, whose expertise has been recognized since 1986.
NEW: opening in July 2026 of a 700 m² showroom!
