In the heart of Champagne wine country, come and discover our beautiful region, rich in cultural and gastronomic heritage. Peace and relaxation await you in this lovely, fully renovated house, particularly suitable for families.
You'll enjoy the 100m² fully enclosed exterior, with a terrace equipped with lounge furniture, arbour and barbecue.
On the first floor (accessible by a few steps), you'll find a lovely living room where you can enjoy your meals, as well as a lounge where you can relax. The kitchen is open onto the living room and is fully equipped. A separate toilet and shower room are also available.
On the 1st floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms, each decorated and furnished with care (160/200 beds). On the landing, you'll find a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with two single beds (90/190).
In the basement, you'll find a laundry area and a games room (pingpong table, darts and table soccer).
All childcare equipment is available (cot, high chair, booster seat, bathtub)
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, bed linen (made up on arrival) and towels are included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory at a cost of 100?
