Ferme de la Judenmatt is a 65-hectare farm located on the Rouffach plain. The farm is a full-scale business school, confronted with all the economic realities of its sector of activity. It has two workshops: arable farming and organic poultry farming (chickens, capons), in accordance with the Plumes Bio Grand Est specifications.
Chickens are sold whole or cut up (fillets, wings, thighs) directly to the consumer at the farm on Fridays from 2 to 6 pm (September to June), or at the Jardins du Pflixbourg in Wintzenheim. Please check store opening times before visiting.
