PLEASE NOTE: 2026 DATA NOT PROVIDED. 9 kms from the Chooz power plant (10 minutes) and 1 minute from the greenway: 100m² house in Vireux-Wallerand with first floor bathroom, 40m² living room. Kitchen-living-dining room + small garden-terrace-balcony-barbecue. Upstairs: 4 beds (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed) + Including: Cleaning (leaving the premises as clean as possible), tourist tax, towels/sheets provided. Contract to be signed and deposit to be paid in advance, then on arrival: 500? deposit (if cheque, it will not be cashed) and an inventory of fixtures will be made on arrival and departure. Rate : One night : 100? (whether you are 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5). Decreasing rate if rented for a full week or month. Rates are for the entire house. No rental per room.
