Mr Rogier - Gaufrerie belge

We're all familiar with the classic rectangular waffle topped with a not-so-green spread and whipped cream. We're less familiar with Belgian waffles, which are rounder, more irregular and denser. These are the ones offered by the Mr. Rogier waffle factory.
For a sweet version, we recommend the apple/cinnamon (a pure delight!) and at lunchtime, you can also try their savoury version, available in 4 formulas (with a special mention for the avocado version).
The cosy atmosphere and meticulous decor (midnight blue walls and terrazzo-patterned tables) invite you to take a break. If it's very busy, you can always opt for the takeaway and stroll through the streets of Nevers with a waffle in hand.
