This traditional Petite Montagne farmhouse has been renovated to preserve its typical rustic character (stone floor tiles, old doors, beams, etc.). Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dining room with wood-burning stove (provided free of charge), shower room, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV and two beds (one double and one single), bedroom with double bed (160*200). On the 1st floor, a living room with sofa, TV and 2 beds (1 boat bed 140*190 and 1 single bed 90*190), a bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200). For your comfort, beds will be made up on arrival and towels are provided. Outside, just opposite the house, you'll find garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The owner, a qualified guide, can offer you a range of services for a fee: quad biking, horse riding, mountain bike hire, motorcycle rides as a passenger (BMW 1200). Ideally located for nature lovers, calm and hikers. Note: horses can be parked in the meadow 50 m away, 'closed stable adjoining the gite for bike storage. Garage for motorcycles in the large stable. A small mechanics' workshop (inflator, small tool charger) is at your disposal. Car parking is available, as is a garage. Note: a compulsory cleaning charge will be applied automatically at the time of booking.
