This new timber-frame house, located close to the Pays des Lacs region, comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with TV, a bedroom with a double bed (160*200), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90*200), a separate toilet and a shower room. Outside, you can enjoy the sunny days on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Note: At the time of departure, the chalet must be clean and tidy, the dishwasher must be emptied, the dishes put away, the rubbish in the outside bins (blue bin for recyclables, grey bin for bags), the glass in the glass bin (at the crossroads on the left, then straight on about 100 m after the 2nd crossroads) and the kitchen area must be clean and tidy. You will be asked to pay a deposit of 30 euros for cleaning the kitchen area. ATTENTION: the sockets do not comply with standards for charging electric vehicles. It is strictly forbidden to use them for this purpose. Risk of short circuit or fire. A fast-charging station is available 200 m away (contact us).
