Nolay is a pretty little medieval village in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune.
You will be staying in a quiet little street, in a village house on two floors, completely renovated by Damien and pleasantly decorated.
On the ground floor, large bright living room of 50m2 with all modern comforts, flat-screen TV. Open-plan fitted kitchen. Adjoining utility room with washing machine and separate WC.
The first floor is accessed via a beautiful contemporary staircase, which is unsecured on one side.
Upstairs, a corridor leads to a large shower room with walk-in shower and 3 bedrooms.
One bedroom sleeps 3, with a double bed (140x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm). A second bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200cm) and a third bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm).
Small enclosed courtyard at the rear of the house with terrace and furniture, barbecue.
Beds made on arrival, linen, heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
Linen hire: €5/person.
Pets accepted: cleaning charge €30.
Rooms located on the first floor, gîte not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Ideally located 60 km from Dijon and 18 km from Beaune and its Hospices, this green holiday resort near the Route des Grands Crus de Dijon has everything to please: cellar visits and wine-tasting nearby. Hiking trails, greenway, lake, cliffs, etc. Santenay spa with its Casino and 9 km. There is also a wealth of cultural attractions to discover, including Autun and its Gallo-Roman past, Le Creusot and its industrial past, and the châteaux of Pommard, Couches, Sully, etc. All shops in the village.
