Vinegar tasting is an atypical, original and fun way to travel between acidity, sweetness, texture and aromatization.
From no-touch flavored wine vinegars to blended vinegars to balsamic vinegars at least 6 years old? The most original tasting experience awaits you in our Vinaigrerie.
You can also indulge in our 100% Corbières wines, with single-vineyard wines aged in terracotta amphorae and glass bottles.
Finish off with a drop of our olive nectar, for a sweet and tasty finish!
All these tastings are free, open to all, adults and children, and take place throughout the day in our boutique.
