François Gremaud : Mon Frère

📍 Brest, Finistère · 60 Rue du Château, 29200 Brest
À propos
Christian doesn’t need words to express himself. On stage, his story unfolds in sign language, under the tender and discreet gaze of his brother, the director and actor François Gremaud.

Christian is on stage. He plays Christian, a deaf man. Sometimes he plays François, his brother, the show’s director, and other characters as well. Together, they reenact a story of brotherhood and politics: that of a world where sign language illuminates silence and allows us to see and hear in a different way. For here, impairment is not a limitation, but a space for creativity. Through the dialogue between the visible and the audible, Christian and François present a performance in which difference becomes power, and resistance, a possible joy.
