Take advantage of your stay to discover the village and the Abbey of Gellone, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Languedoc, where you'll be immersed in history with its museum. Between old stones and small waterfalls, meet the local craftsmen or sit on the terrace of one of the many restaurants (more than a dozen within walking distance of the gîte) in the village... You can also enjoy safe canoeing and swimming in the Gorges de l'Hérault below the village!
And don't miss out on one of the famous hikes along the Chemin de Saint-Guilhem le Désert, such as the Fenestrettes circuit, which offers exceptional views. Just three kilometers away, in the heart of the Gorges de l'Hérault, discover the Grotte de Clamouse, an underground wonder of the Hérault that's well worth a visit.
The gîte comprises :
- A well-equipped kitchen/dining room with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the cooking equipment you need for your stay;
- A comfortable living room with two relaxation areas with sofas, armchairs and a library with books and board games, as well as a mezzanine;
- A first large bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a convertible sofa:
- A second bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed:
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower facing the mountain, a washbasin with mirror and a separate toilet;
- A beautiful exterior with a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, with a magnificent view of the surrounding area, as well as a 1500m² plot of land above the gîte;
You can park privately in a square inside the village with a pass given by the owners.
