In Carnon, just a few steps from the beach, come and enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends in this modern, well-decorated air-conditioned gîte on the second floor of a beautiful house, with a terrace overlooking the sea and a pleasant living room.

Ideal for a waterside vacation, it's also within easy reach of some of the region's must-see sites: Montpellier and its many activities, the Petite Camargue, Le Grau du Roi, Palavas-les-Flots and its Mediterranean lighthouse, the Ambrussum in Lunel? Mauguio-Carnon's many shops, restaurants and services are also within easy reach. Twenty kilometers away, you can also discover the charming town of Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone with its cathedral, as well as the salt marshes where you can enjoy a pleasant hike on one of the many salt marsh trails.

This gîte comprises :
- A beautiful living room with dining table, relaxation area with sofas, coffee table and television, and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils, all opening onto the terrace;
- A large terrace overlooking the beach and the sea, with a superb view, garden furniture and sun loungers;
- This room also features a 90x200 cm single sofa bed in the living room;
- A first bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed;
- A second bedroom with two bunk beds and a single 90x200cm bed;
- A bathroom with shower and double washbasin with mirror;
- WC separate from shower room.

Private parking is available within the gîte, and bicycles can be parked in the gîte garage.
