For a change of pace, the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers beautiful, shaded walks or bike rides. If you extend your stay, Agde, Pézenas, or Béziers will charm you with their rich history, summer festivals, and Mediterranean atmosphere.

The air-conditioned cottage features, on the ground floor, a pleasant living room that combines a dining area with a large table and a cozy sitting area equippeda sofa and a television. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, and an Italian espresso machine and a Nespresso machine.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet. The sleeping areas are laid out as follows:

Bedroom 1: 180x200 cm bed
Bedroom 2: 160x200 cm bed
Bedroom 3: 140x190 cm bed

Outside, you can enjoy a private garden equipped with sun loungers. The shaded patio with garden furniture is perfect for sharing convivial meals. The private 6 x 3 m pool, with a depth of 1.35 m, is the perfect way to cool off on sunny days. A pétanque court is also available for you to enjoy typical Southern leisure activities.
A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and restroom, as well as a work area suitable for remote work, further enhance the comfort of your stay. A bike and motorcycle storage area is also available, and you can park in the villa’s outdoor parking lot or use the free public parking spaces on the street and in the surrounding area.
