The gîte has a beautiful living room with a lounge and a well-equipped kitchen, with a lovely bedroom upstairs and an outdoor area ideal for having breakfast or relaxing with family and friends!
Not far from the gîte, discover and enjoy the seven kilometers of beach at Frontignan-Plage, an ideal place to bask in the sun or cool off in the sea!
In Sète, enjoy a walk on the famous Mont Saint-Clair, with its unique view of Sète, the famous Etang de Thau, the sea and the surrounding area; stroll along the quays of the port, visit the Halles to sample the local produce or enjoy an evening concert at the Théâtre de la Mer, an open-air theater built in an old fort. Take advantage of the beaches and entertainment in nearby towns such as Balaruc, Marseillan and Agde.

The gîte comprises :
- A living room with dining table, sofa, TV and convertible sofa (140x190cm);
- A sleeping area with two 90x200cm bunk beds;
- A well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, and all you need to cook for your stay;
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin with mirror;
- Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed;
- A pleasant outdoor area with dining area, deckchairs and barbecue, ideal for enjoying the Hérault sunshine!

Private parking for several cars is available inside the property.
