This rural gîte, set in a village house, offers 60 m2 over three levels. On the first floor, you'll find a laundry area with washing machine and freezer (and bike storage). The living area on the second floor includes a comfortable lounge with sofa and TV, and a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo). This bright space is a convivial place to share meals or prepare for the next day's outings.
On the second floor, you'll find the shower room, equipped with shower, washbasin with mirror and WC, as well as two welcoming bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: 1 standard single bed 90x190.
The quiet, pleasant neighborhood is within walking distance of everything you need to do, including harbor restaurants, lakeside strolls and water sports. Parking is easy, thanks to free public parking spaces in the surrounding streets. The gîte is air-conditioned, a valuable asset in any season.
