This gîte comprises a living room with fitted kitchen and lounge area. A large bay window gives access to the 9m² terrace.
On the ground floor, you'll also find a first bedroom with a double bed (140x180), a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the second floor, on the mezzanine, you'll find a second bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. The bed is modular (two 80x190 single beds or one 160 double bed)
A private parking space is available in the residence. Public parking 100 meters away.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning included in the price.
Direct access to the beach and bike path 100 meters away. Close to all amenities (pharmacy, restaurant, grocery store).
4kg washing machine available (not suitable for washing sheets, beach and bath towels).
