MAISON LAGRUE

100% artisanal, locavore and seasonal products, the ingredients are selected for their high quality: flour from a small mill in the Tarn, Label Rouge, PDO butter.... The breads are made according to a slow process in order to preserve their nutritional qualities and added with natural leaven which is more than 20 years old, the pastry is desugared in order to let the natural flavour reveal itself without artifice, naturalness is a key word, the catering part works in close collaboration with local actors (Trout of the Pyrenees, local cheeses...), the dishes are of season and worked with a knowledge to make by Emilie the catering chef.
