Jazz and comics share a taste for improvisation and creativity. Both arts value spontaneity and personal expression. So it was only natural that the JAZZ IN team should include such jazz and comics enthusiasts as Roger BERTRAND, an Angoulême collector and iconoclastic jazzophile. Curated by J.Paul GAMBIER, the exhibition brings together 25 posters from the now defunct JAZZMAN magazine, as many original 30 cm vinyl sleeves and a dozen books, all illustrated in comic book style.
