Formerly in charge of the Comptoir de la Cité, in Carcassonne, Stephen Desmazières, a great wine connoisseur, has added to his bow the trade of "local" cheeses (less than 100 km around Carcassonne), and proposes in his shop near the Pont Neuf, agreements that should be appreciated by all gourmets.
Permanent "wine and cheese" tasting on the spot according to opening hours and introductory course in wine and wine & cheese tasting with an oenologist every Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm (2h30) with prior reservation.
