Monday walk:
Le chemin des pourrières.
Departing from Agence France Travail, we head across the fields towards the dunes on a wooded path lined with plant species that are present during the summer season. We'll come across wild rocket, evening primrose and sea buckthorn, among others, which will no longer hold any secrets for you ;-). The walk ends on the esplanade.

Wednesday walk:
Sentier de la Baie d'Authie
Departing from the Madelon harbor in Groffliers, 6 kilometers from Berck, we walk along the upper reaches of the salt meadows, discovering the plants that live in the estuary as they move through the marshes, forming a community of salt- and water-loving plants. We'll also come across the succulent species harvested by fishermen on foot, which make up the richness of this unique and still wild place.
Distance: 2.5 kms (5 kms back to the starting point)
Duration: 3 hours

Friday walk:
The Observatory
Starting from Le Bois Magnier in Berck, we walk along the back of the dune strip to the ornithological observatory located across the dunes on a stretch of water to the north of the town. This walk is an opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the plants whose leaves, fruit, flowers or roots we can use in cooking. The trail, which changes with the seasons, is home to wild carrots, mulberry trees, St. John's wort and many others.
