In this place, in the commune of Xertigny, flows the 4.6 km long Rechentreux stream, which flows into the Semouse downstream from the Blanc Murger wire-drawing plant.
To get there, from the centre of Xertigny, continue on the RD 434, then at the exit turn left onto the D12. The route is well signposted.
