Dorian TOUZET accompanied his grandfather to his beehives. Today, he perpetuates this heritage by harvesting authentic honey in the region of his childhood. He produces honeys harvested locally with the seasons: fir, flowers, lime, mountain, spring, forest. Some of the honey is transformed by hand into gourmet specialties such as gingerbread, Christmas cakes and black nougat. Dorian builds his own hives with wood from the Abreschviller sawmill, to provide bees with a healthy, sustainable habitat. Currently undergoing certification for the Agriculture Biologique label.
