In the heart of the village of Steige, Les Délices du Chênesire is a true place of gourmet delights and expertise. Mélanie and Sébastien Richard passionately raise around twenty Vosges dairy cows, an emblematic local breed. They transform all the milk produced on the farm into cheeses and ice creams. Some thirty flavors are available, depending on the season, to be enjoyed as eskimos, verrines or frozen pastries.
